For those who need some help with daily activities, Vista Grande Villa's assisted living community, Trellis Gardens, offers the best of all worlds — a private residential suite, personal services and friendly neighbors all within a comfortable, homelike setting.

Our licensed professional staff provides just the right amount of support so residents can feel their best and retain their independence. Whether that's assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming or simply medication reminders, we're here to help with tailored services that meet the specific needs of our residents.

At Trellis Gardens, we've taken the assisted living concept a step further with a design that feels much more like home. Each private suite has an individual bathroom and kitchen area with refrigerator, sink and microwave. Suites are grouped into "neighborhoods" and each neighborhood has its own dining room, fully equipped country kitchen, a sitting room and a cozy library/den with cable television. These neighborhoods give residents convenient access to comfortable areas right outside their suite so they can visit with friends and family.

At Trellis Gardens, our services are both pampering and practical. The Trellis Gardens Pampering Spa offers massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and a spa jet tub to keep residents feeling their best. Our on-site clinic offers free blood-pressure checks, wellness visits and only licensed professionals conduct medical treatments and administer medications.

Delicious restaurant-style meals, prepared by our chefs, are served daily in the neighborhood dining rooms, or you can prepare your meals in the comfort of your own suite. Catering services, including a large menu, full linen and china service as well as a choice of rooms in which to entertain, are available for celebrating special occasions.

We also provide complimentary full-service transportation to take residents to local stores, the mall or their doctor's office. Although we take care of weekly housekeeping, flat laundry service and maintenance, there is a laundry room available in each neighborhood for residents to use at no charge.

Residents have peace of mind knowing they're assured priority access to our award-winning, on-site Health Center should they ever need it. Our Health Center provides specialized therapies in addition to short- and long-term nursing care in a comfortable setting.
