Independent Assistance

For those who have trouble performing daily activities on their own, Vista Grande Villa's assisted living community, Trellis Gardens, gives our residents the right amount of independence while being supplemented with assistance and support from our professionally licensed staff. Whether our residents need simple medication reminders or they need help bathing and grooming, we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each individual, so that they can retain as much of their independence as possible.

The Neighborhood Concept

We combine all the advantages of a comfortable, private suite with the opportunity to interact with other residents and their guests. Rather than creating one or two common rooms where the whole community gathers, we arrange a small number of suites into their own 'neighborhood.' These neighborhoods have their own dining room, fully equipped country kitchen, a sitting room and a cozy library/den with cable television. Private suites contain their own bathroom and kitchen area, complete with a refrigerator, sink and microwave. However, residents are free to visit and socialize with their friends in other neighborhoods. We also have a Memory Care Neighborhood, a designated community for our residents with special needs associated with memory loss.

Not-For-Profit Status

Trellis Gardens is an entity of Vista Grande Villa, which is a not-for-profit organization overseen by a Board of Directors that consists of local professionals and civic leaders who volunteer their time to help develop and maintain services, as well as respond to individual resident needs. The Board's variety of knowledge, combined with outstanding commitment and dedication, helps the community maintain the highest standards.
